Service Description
Get ready to ride! This high-energy indoor cycling class blends motivating music, intervals, and hill climbs for a heart-pumping cardio workout that torches calories and builds lower-body strength. Suitable for all fitness levels—ride at your own pace and push your limits! There are a few options for cycle class this month - this includes Sunday Class, OR Thursday class, OR a 2 day week program (both days), and if the class isn't at full capacity, drop ins will be allowed.

Cancellation Policy
THIS DROP IN OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE CYCLING CLASS OR HOT PILATES. These classes are full month puchases only. All sales are final. Will not refund cancellations. You may reschedule. By completing this form and purchase, you are agreeing to the Liability and Waiver agreement. This agreement states that you understand that by attending fitness classes, hosted by The BOX, the business nor the trainer are responsible for any injuries. You understand that attending physical activity, you may harm yourself or others and take full responsibility. You are also responsible for communicating with your instructor prior to class starting about restrictions or important information regarding your health or wellness.
