Service Description
I ALLOW CLIENTS TWO OPTIONS: 5-6AM Class OR 5:30- 6:30AM Class. We still are ONE WHOLE class, but due to personal schedules, this works the best for many. This is not a level based program. All strength training classes, we meet you at YOUR level. Allowing all modifications when and where needed - individually based as well. We use functional strength training as our type of fitness routine.

THIS DROP IN OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE CYCLING CLASS OR HOT PILATES. These classes are full month puchases only. All sales are final. Will not refund cancellations. You may reschedule. By completing this form and purchase, you are agreeing to the Liability and Waiver agreement. This agreement states that you understand that by attending fitness classes, hosted by The BOX, the business nor the trainer are responsible for any injuries. You understand that attending physical activity, you may harm yourself or others and take full responsibility. You are also responsible for communicating with your instructor prior to class starting about restrictions or important information regarding your health or wellness.
