THIS DROP IN OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE CYCLING CLASS OR HOT PILATES. These classes are full month puchases only. All sales are final. Will not refund cancellations. You may reschedule. By completing this form and purchase, you are agreeing to the Liability and Waiver agreement. This agreement states that you understand that by attending fitness classes, hosted by The BOX, the business nor the trainer are responsible for any injuries. You understand that attending physical activity, you may harm yourself or others and take full responsibility. You are also responsible for communicating with your instructor prior to class starting about restrictions or important information regarding your health or wellness.
